You may return your purchase to HSB Products Ltd. for a full refund except the return shipping cost which is the responsibility of the purchaser. To be eligible for a refund, you must return your item to HSB Products Ltd. in the same condition you received it, and the return must be postmarked within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Refunds are typically processed within one week of HSB Products Ltd.’s receipt of returned merchandise. The funds will be deposited back in your credit card account and you will be sent confirmation of the refund via e-mail.

HSB Products Ltd. processes and ships orders within 1-3 business days. Please allow the full processing time required to ship from the warehouse, plus 2-10 business days in transit for delivery. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes in Canada.
Orders of $50 or more (excluding taxes) qualify for FREE Shipping. Any order below $50 net of taxes, will incur a flat shipping charge of $11.99.
International and remote locations are not eligible for FREE Shipping or a flat shipping charge and will be subject to a calculated freight cost. Examples of a remote location are: Towns far from a shipper’s hub; Towns that are infrequently served by shippers; Canada Post Air Stage locations (where mail must be airlifted at certain times of the year). Please allow an additional 2-5 days for delivery to these locations.
